Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

I am here to let the world know, my mother can’t cook! And let us not talk about baking!  Growing up,  I thought everything came from  a pre-made galaxy comprised of the worlds  can, wrapper, and box.  It never occurred to me that  you could even make certain things from scratch, and that some people actually do. I vow not to be my mom!

Today, I share with you my recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookies. There are so many things you can do to customize this chocolate chip cookie recipe to suit your tastes.. as long as you keep the ratios the same, or close. I’ve tried so many variations- three cups of flour and you will end up with a crunchy/fluffy cookie. This recipe is the one I like the most. Enjoy!

Take an Ice cream scoop or spoon and drop onto cookie sheet, do not grease the cookie sheet or else your cookies will spread and turn out flat. Bake on 375 for 12 minutes or until desired consistency.
